Artist Profile

My past has involved a career in automotive communications (1985-2018). I was also working on exhibiting art photography in Alberta and Nova Scotia between 1978 and 1989.

​

Being involved in expressing visual concepts has been part of my life for a very long time. I have become very interested in creating digital artwork.

​

These images relate to an accumulation of experiences that encompasses my high school art classes (1973) and the art and design education I received at the Alberta College of Art (1981) and NSCAD University (BFA 2021).

​

My current art practice involves an additive and subtractive use of subject content involving photography and technology applications.

Through researching my photographic archives, I've extrapolated visual information to fabricate these pixelated fictional pieces.
